We are a growing Wholesale Mortgage Lender, located in Costa Mesa, CA looking for experienced Inside AE’s with the ability to get business in the door with our Niche and Non-Qm based programs.
This position includes a Draw vs. Commission with medical benefits available after 60 days. We are looking for AE’s who can plug and play originating the following business:
- FHA and VA Loan Down To 500 FICO
- Non QM Products Including Bank Statement And No Doc Programs
- FHA Streamline AND VA IRRRL’s No FICO Qualifiers
- HARP To 65% DTI
- Open Access Unlimited DTI
If it fits we will get it funded, no overlays to our products, we draw docs ASAP. We don’t just sell turn times we make it happen and approvals are always issued within 24 hours of submission with limited conditions to submit to underwriting.
