Loan Officers receive 100+ AUS Approved leads per month to pitch, submit and FUND.
Loan officers are compensated 100bps. Experienced Loan Officers are welcome to apply! Please submit W-2’s showing provable income.
- Have natural leadership and team building qualities
- Manages loan originator sales performance, motivation, scheduling, training, and administration of policies/procedures
- Originates and maintains personal loan production
- Reviews sales pipeline on daily/monthly basis in order to achieve monthly sales goals
- Advises and assists in resolution of customer complaints concerning any area of the company
- Assists in training/development of loan officers to function in all aspects of the origination process
- Teaches sales techniques in an environment with company provided leads
- Collaborates with the Operations Department to assist in the flow of production/sales
- Meeting or exceeding personal production goals
- Recruits, interviews and selects loan originators
- Keeps informed of developing trends in the industry
- Performs other duties as assigned by Executive Team
